Image showed PIN code pad on the door handle but PIN code was not there. However quick response from company with the instruction manual (which was not included in the box) additionally, the product delivered was not the product shown. Is it a good product, sure! BUT is it the same one from the ad shown NO!

It's not as advertised. There's no numbers 0-9, but the thumbprint is there and it does work. There's no instructions so it's kind of “figure it out” on your own kinda deal. It works so it's worth the money, false advertising but overall the product is pretty good
