I bought a pack of three. Then I bought six more. I now have nine of these and think they are terrific. You can see the glow from in front not just on the floor. I put them on my doors so I can find them even when the power is out. One is over the door lock and one is over the door handle. I put one on my refrigerator so I don't have to turn the kitchen light on every time I walk through the kitchen. I put several on my file cabinets. All of the lights come with magnets on the back of them. The package is include a bunch of little metal plate plates with double stick tape, so if you wanted to attach these two something like a sliding glass patio door, you would just tape the metal plates to the door and then the lights would stick to those metal plates using their magnets. They would also work on bathroom mirrors so you don't have to turn the lights on at night all of mine are keeping their charge for a couple weeks, but I can't say that that would be true for everybody. It probably depends on how many people live in your house and how frequently they walk back and forth pass the sensors. I think kids would really enjoy these because you can not only have them stuck on something in your room, but you can pick them up and take them with you and use them like a flashlight or you know, to read under the covers. Lol.
