Self - Care Rules ❤️

Im 50 and never understood what 'self-care' was til recently. i couldnt sleep last night, so i hopped on to walmart in search of a headband and eye patch thingys...so i ordered, and my loot arrived early this morning. i had a rough night last night, heavy/emotional dreams and the like, so you can imagine i looked pretty rough upon waking. puffy eyes, etc etc. these are the first, single use eye patches i have ever used, and i am now hooked! They are super soft, cooling and have no icky sensations...they are super light weight and stay put...i did add some eye cream after they dried (lightly rinsed each patch, then reapplied over the eye cream), because I WASNT DONE ENJOYING THIS! These are super cute and nice quality - i even got a super wide headband (also reviewed) to complete the 'look' 🤣 i wonder if they work jyst as well if i put the pack in the fridge or freezer?
