Tires are good. But there are several issues that all related to the operation of Walmart.
The tires were supposed to deliver to ACC before my schedule of installation. But the order status showed delayed. I called to confirmed the order status and be told they arrived.
About two hours before the first appointment, it was canceled due to ACC power outage (I called to ask). Then I scheduled another installation without any notification from SMS or email.
For the second installation, I went to ACC and the staff told they can not locate my tires and showed me the order status was "delayed" and I have to wait the tires to arrive. I went home and call Walmart CS. Taking to AI agent and real agent, finally got tracking numbers that showed the tires arrived two days before my first installation!
I went back to ACC next day to pick up the tires, then schedule the third installation. Because of my other car got dead battery in the TPMS sensor, I decided to change the TPMS sensors while replacing the tires. I called to make sure they have the sensors for my car. The lady who pickup my call asked the technical guy, then told me they don't know the sensors they carries can work with my car. If I bring my own sensors, they might not know how to program them. Oh my god! I cancelled the appointment and went to America's Tire.
When the price s right, it is fine to buy tires from Walmart. But the operation of ACC is a different story. The attitude of Staffs is fine. But they are always busy and no one pick up the call most of the time.
