I wore an Apple watch 7 for years and was just curious to try something that actually looks like a watch. Not only do I like it very much but I also get compliments on how nice it looks. I do like to use always on display and that cuts the battery life so I have never enjoyed 10 days of battery life but it is SO MUCH better than the Apple watch that I felt like I was always having to charge. This one I charge every few days and its really not so much an issue. It is much more convenient. Its also very light and comfortable.

I was really surprised by this watch you can access a lot of biometricd without paying a subscription fee. It can do a lot of the things that wear os watches can do but it is more restricted overall. You can respond and reply to messages and calls from the watch. In the Zepp app it will track bpm, steps, calories from activities, sleep biometrics (duration, deep sleep, rem sleep, awake time) and stress levels. There are also maps that you can customize on your phone for your watch where you normally go for workouts and it will give you directions using the watch's gps. It will also autodetect workouts but it is not completely reliable for me sometimes it says that I am working out when I am not. The watch stays cool usually and the battery life can last for days without needing a recharge even when connected to the phone. I do not have a screen protector or case on it since day one and it looks new still and I wear it 24/7 and I do not baby it. Also, if you want replacement straps it is 20mm band size you do not need adapter or anything special just regular watch straps like a mechanical watch. Supposedly this watch works with iOS but I cannot personally confirm because I use android. Overall this is a great watch for the money especially if you catch it on sale you will not be disappointed for the price unless you have more specific needs or need more serious training readings.
