these breadcrumbs are just a good as my home made ones and they are all natural look at the ingredients...I get a chicken breast cover it with one well blended egg then roll the chicken around is some of these breadcrumbs pop it in the over for 40 minutes at 325 degrees makes a nice dinner with some vegetables
