I was amazed how strong and sturdy this rebounder is. since I didn't get one with a bar which I wished I had I just put a chair in front of the rebounder so I can keep my balance since I'm almost 80. it's quiet very comfortable give you a great workout without having to even jump watch some YouTube videos on using the rebounder without jumping and still getting amazing effects.

Good mini trampoline at a good price

Springs do not squeak or make noise when in use, very quiet, firm bounce. I purchased the 40 inch which is the overall width of the trampoline which includes the frame . The mat or bounce area size is only 28-29 inches which is fine for my height which is 5'6. If you are over 5'6 in height, you may want to consider a 48 inch. So far, I'm very pleased with my purchase. Great starter mini trampoline. I prefer the springs over the bungees. After I progress a few months, I will probably upgrade to a 48 inch in this brand to have a little bigger exercise area. I'm pleased with it overall.
