Roborock® Q5+ Auto Emptying Robot Vacuum Cleaner, 2700 Pa Suction Power, with App Control

Roborock is good at vacuuming but the mapping is way off. I can't get No-go Zones set in the right places, and I can't figure out how to save them. So I need to reset every time, but the map on the app doesn't correspond to my flooring layout. So the zone is never in the right place. If someone can help with this I'd greatly appreciate it. Also, I can't find anything that looks like a moisture barrier to place in the docking station.

Ordered this last Fri. Arrived on Sat. Got it up and running quickly and it is terrorizing the dust bunnies hiding in our house. That's well and good. What isn't working is access to the the app's features. I can't get to the app's scheduling because the install will not Bind to the network. The installation process does tell me that the robot is connected to the network. But, after waiting for 2 mins, the Bind to Network fails. Have not had this problem with any other smart device. And yes, I have removed and reinstalled the app several times.
