I was a little concerned about how difficult it would be to install this TV mount but was mistaken. It was exceptionally easy due to the outstanding instructions. Thanks to their list of tools needed this was the first time I didn't have to run out to my shop to get extra tools. Very comprehensive instructions. Works great. I mounted a 55" TV in my office in under an hour. Thanks, great product at a great price.

My only problem with the whole transaction was delivery. I was told when to expect delivery and when it got closer the time was moved back. When that time came it was moved back again. Then a third time. I finally received it two days later. The mount itself is great. The delivery was terrible.

The installation process was easy to do, but definitely was a two person job. Clear, easy to follow instructions and works as it should. The tilt feature requires loosening and tightening screws each time, but overall good quality Definitely would recommend it
