Place the feeder on a flat dry indoor surface (not for outdoor use, operating temperature: 0°C–40°C), assemble the bowl lid and locks, set up the waterproof RFID reader away from metal objects, install 3 D-cell alkaline batteries (not included, for emergency backup only) optionally, connect the original power adapter and mount the main unit, fit bowl shields and add dry pet kibble (2–15mm only), put in the desiccant bag (replace every 14 days). Download the PETLIBRO app (not PETLIBRO LITE) to connect Wi-Fi and pair the RFID collar tag; use the physical buttons to unlock, manually feed, open the lid or reset Wi-Fi. When multiple feeders are used, keep them over 25cm apart to avoid interference. Power off and remove batteries for long-term storage; wipe the main unit with a soft damp cloth, the stainless steel bowl is dishwasher safe, do not submerge electronic parts or use wet food/rechargeable batteries. Refer to indicator prompts to clear food blockages, refill food or replace batteries in time; the product comes with a 24-month warranty.

It's perfect!
Very few feeders manage to just slide a door over the food dish without freaking the cat out. The only other brand I've found that does, is the Surefeed. But it is basically a dish that you must refill daily. Also it's very expensive. This one holds almost a complete 5lbs bag of food, and the bowl is flat in the ground. The cat can free feed, or come to scheduled meals. Plus, it TELLS YOU if there's any problems, like food is stuck, tank of food is low… And it also tells you when kitty ate, for how long… This is perfect.
