PowerStep Heat Moldable Full Length Custom Moldable Orthotic Shoe Insoles for All Arch Heights, Arch Support for Plantar Fasciitis

I've been buying/using PowerStep insoles for a couple of years now. My high arches, and being on my feet quite a bit, had my feet aching in spots they never did before. Age has a lot to do with it, but poor shoe support also assists. I went to the podiatrist to get my 1st pair of insoles. They worked well, but broke down quickly. I ordered 2-3 more pairs of that exact model before I stumbled on the heat moldables. I didn't intend to order the heat-molding insoles, and when I got them, I was a little bit suspicious. After heating them and using them for about a week now, I am glad I did. I will say, I can't tell much as a result of heating them. But, I can say that the support they provide to me feels better than the previous models I had. They are a bit more "firm" and "cradle" my foot better. I was on my feet all day yesterday, and not once did I feel the aches or pains I felt previous to the insoles. If you are looking to get insoles, and don't visit your podiatrist 1st, you could probably get away with these insoles. If you don't have high arches, beware, though. To me, it seems like these insoles are built for the "athletic" type of feet. If you have a flat foot, you probably should seek professional assistance in selecting the right insole.
