Blackstone Original Outdoor Griddle, 4-Burner 36" Flat Top Grill with Hard Cover, Black

I've bought 2 other brands because I thought the Blackstones were a little over priced. After buying 2 other brands and dealing with issues I finally decided to just try the blackstone. I did, and there is no going back. There is a reason why it's the top sold flat grill.

So, I bought the Blackstone 36-inch griddle, and I swear it made me feel like the Gordon Ramsay of suburbia. This thing is massive. It looks like something they'd use at Waffle House during the apocalypse. Four burners. 60,000 BTUs. You could probably sear a T-rex on it if you tried. Assembly took me and my questionable patience about an hour. My spouse “supervised,” which is Gen X code for standing there with a drink saying, “You sure that goes there?” But once it was together — chef's kiss. First meal I cooked? Bacon, pancakes, and eggs all at once. No juggling pans. No passive-aggressive sighs about cold food. Just glorious synchronized breakfast chaos. The smell alone made my teenage kids put their phones down for 10 minutes — so yeah, miracle confirmed. Cleanup is surprisingly easy. Scrape, wipe, oil. You treat it like your first car: a little grease, a little pride, and a lot of denial about how much you spent. Downsides? Well, it's huge. Like, “takes-up-half-the-patio” huge. But honestly, I don't care. I'm out here flipping burgers and pretending I'm in a Blackstone commercial while the neighbors peek over the fence with grill envy. If you're on the fence — get off it. Get this thing. You'll either become a backyard legend or at least have enough surface area to cook through your feelings.
