absolutely phenomenal product and customer service

we are very pleased with our purchase. i have been talking to my husband for a while about getting a smith machine. we were limited in our selections because of space and head room - we have a boiler system so we were limited to exactly 85" of space. luckily, this fell PERFECTLY in our height range. the product itself took us two days to build with three people - two building and one going through directions and handing out bolts and screws. it was a lot, but VERY worth it. we finished building it per instructions, but then realized at the end that we were missing two springs that should have been included. we sent in a message to the seller and exchanged a few emails, but i very timely received the springs we were missing! we haven't put them on yet but plan to next time we work out. i cannot recommend this product or the company enough! they've gained a lifetime customer.

Kick start your home gym safe

Item comes in 4 Boxes if you buy this combo. Please read instructions before starting to assemble. So this unit has pros and cons. Pros first. Easy to install. Not so big not too small. It is almost a comercial grade Smith machine. Slides really smooth in the barbell. The pulley system is easy to install. Do not over torque the bolts. Cons. It would be easier to identify Nuts Washers Bolts and other fasten items if they come in a separate bag. The rear pulley system the one responsible to hold the weights should come with a bearing coupling as the barrbell does. And the barbell thickness should be at least 1.25 or 1.5 inches. It comes with a 1 inch thick bar that if you have big hands it is not going to be that nice. The barbell smith rails wiggle a little and it is because at the bottom there is no rubber bushing holding the slides in place. The pull up bar also in 1 inch thickness . I would have loved it with either grips or a thicker tube.Hey but this is just a comparison to other machines out there that has all but are way more expensive. This will be my upgrade to make on the unit. It will be my job to make it better and fit me at home.
