Great Value White Round Top Bread Loaf, 20 oz

For the cheapest bread on the planet, what's not to like? God bless Walmart for products like this bread affordable for everyday Americans. It's plain white bread, nothing fancy, but you can make a sandwich or toast if you're hungry, and you'll still have money in your pocket. I used to dislike this bread, but funny thing, with prices where they are I'm finding it more palatable. I ain't pay'in $5 (or more) for a loaf of bread.

This was a complete shock to me as for the taste and the texture of the Great Value White Bread. This was the first time I had bought this brand and I must say it surprised me in a good way. I like all my bread slightly toasted and this was a winner. I have made lunch sandwiches and late night peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, of course lightly toasted. Delicious....and truly a great value!
