Breakstone's FTW!

I have tried a lot of cottage cheese brands in my desperate attempt to regain muscle after severe atrophy due to iron deficiancy anemia, but this one not only has a good amount of protien but is the only one I have tried that doesn't mess my stomach up as a lactose intolerant, cheese addicted person. It is creamy, thick and easy to chew, does not come with large volume of liquid compared to curds just to fill your stomach (thank goodnes) and it comes in individual cups to retain the freshness of the rest of it; which is a life-saver for someone who suddenly now finds themselves suffering from histamine intolerance as well!

The BEST Cottage Cheese!!

This is by far the best cottage cheese on the market. I usually get the small cups and mix in some peaches which makes the perfect snack that has a lot of protein and few calories. It's also great with other add-ins or by itself. Try this--you won't regret it.
