The price was great for this item due to clearance. The bands are quality and are strong based on the few times I have used.

Great quality mat %26 bands for the price. I highly recommend it. The Centr app (if you use it) is more expensive than others, but it has solid workouts and meal planning.

This came with 3 months of Centr and that is an incredible value for me since I am in recovery from stage 4 cancer. The bands and the mat that came with it are really nice.
