one of my favorite olives

Along with Gaeta olives, Castelvetrano olives are my favorite olives. The Castelvetrano are big and meaty, and I do prefer the pitted versions, for ease of eating. When I put out a board of cheeses and charcuterie, Castelvetrano olives are always on the board as well. These olives have a sweet mild flavor and pleasant texture.

Delicious olives

Needed these for a recipe some time ago and loved the taste. They are meatier and sweeter than the olives I was used to. I keep buying them now for snacks and to add to any dish calling for green olives. Love them!!!

Castelvetrano Olives

I've tried a few different brands of Castelvetrano olives and in my opinion Sanniti are the best. Freshest, almost crisp taste and a light brine. Good for everything from salads to martinis. Worth every penny of the extra cost.
