McCormick Grill Mates Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning, 10.75 Ounce

I received this seasoning and put it to use right away. We added it to chicken first before grilling, which turned out great. Then, we tried it on burgers and it was a great alternative to traditional burger seasoning. I like that it isn't too salty but gives a great flavor. This will be one of our staple seasonings for grilling this summer.

I love cooking, and make dinner every night for my family. Quite often, I use the same herbs and spices when cooking various dishes. When McCormick sent me this seasoning to try out, I initially thought it would be just another spice. Boy was I surprised! This stuff is awesome on chicken breast. The best method I've found is to heavily coat both sides of the chicken, then cook it on the stovetop in a cast iron skillet with a little bit of oil. It forms a nice crust that is just addictive. I'll be adding this spice mix to my regular lineup.
