Delicous and versatile

If making cannoli filling is too daunting, this changes everything. Mix about 4 parts of marscapone to 1 part of this pistacchio cream and you're done. The sweetness is balanced by the marscapone and you can put it in cannoli shells, or anything you have on hand. Need an icing for plain sugar cookies? Use this cream right out of the jar. Take a warm croissant, put a little butter and dollop of this cream, and you're set.
