Not easy- no sewing kit

I start quilting and my son wanted to make a quilt for his grandma for Christmas. He picked out this kit. All pieces had to be cut out. If you use the template on the faces, the eyes do not end up in the correct spot. My son was not able to do this project, I had to do it and struggled.
