I got the Vital Zip last year just before Colorado 2nd season. I got to use it the first time on a bear. Greatly exceeded my expectations and was easy to take apart to clean.

tERrific knife

Blade is really sharp out of the box. Be careful though, it can send you to the Emergency Room easily. 4 stitches later, I'm still loving the knife

Gerber vital zip

I like the vital zip however the only thing I would like to See done. Differently is to put a hole in the handle For a lanyard to put on the wrist so it. Can't. Slip out of the Hand like I said that would be the only thing I would change
