Simple, low price

Much better shaving results than a multi-blade razor. 1st time left a few nicks here and there, but with practice this is now a great razor and will cost me ALOT less than multi-blade razors. -No razor burn, no ingrown hairs a few days later. Use with the Van der Hagen shaving butter and a very clean face for best results.

Good quality. Great price.

I have been very pleased with this razor. Made in China, but nevertheless seems to be well made. I think that the razor is actually a re-branded Weishi razor. The razor weighs in at 64 grams, so it has enough heft -- no very heavy, but not too light. I added a drop or two of Ballistol oil at the top of the handle (after opening the butterfly top) and at the bottom where the twist knob is -- just for lubrication and protection -- as I would for any metal instrument with moving parts. Not a Merkur, but nevertheless a recommended buy. I would buy again.
