2004 collection from the Trinidad-born vocalist, one of the first Caribbean artists to successfully cross over into the American Pop charts. Though he had been releasing albums since the mid '70s, Billy Ocean didn't see huge worldwide success until the '80's when tracks like 'Caribbean Queen', 'When the Going Gets Tough' and 'Get Outta My Dreams' turned him into a superstar. Even when he released the ballad 'Suddenly', the charts fell at his feet. His chart supremacy might be over (for now), but the music still sounds as vibrant and energetic as ever. 18 tracks. BMG.
