It is an M86 preassembled helm with steering cable that works for most rack and rotary applications where rudder torque is minimal. Fits 78 Ranger 175-A

Perfect length my 1978 Ranger 172-A. Had to cut a larger hole in the dash for the steering column but was fairly simple to install. Everything works great.
