I've been taking a single turmeric capsule for years now and believe it is very helpful in maintaining my mental health and healthy joints. The bottle recommends more, but I caution that too much may increase pitta, so I've stuck to one a day and feel it's perfect for me. Love this company and prefer to buy online than in big box stores.
