Make sure you're home at time of assembly!

The trampoline was torn upon assembly. Either it came torn, or was damaged during setup. Neither scenarios or possibilities were communicated to us, so now we are left with a trampoline we can't use (if anyone lands on the tear, their foot will go right through it.) never again.
