It's high quality stainless steel, has a hollow handle for more hand control, and sharp serrated blade. I like to use it tough skinned fruit and vegetables, of course for breads. Easy to clean and maintain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I unboxed this knife I was absolutely floored by how large the knife is. I didn't expect for it to be so long. I was further surprised by how the knife wasn't heavy at all so it was easy to handle and use. The knife performed like a dream cutting through freshly made bread with absolute ease. This is my first time utilizing a utensil from this brand and I highly recommend them.
