Flimsy Toy

This is the most flimsy and rickety toy train for a one year-old. We are so disappointed. He would like to honk the horn but he can't do that it's too hard and it doesn't even sound like a train whistle. The steering wheel barely moves and so it's hard to steer the push handle is so flimsy. I do not recommend this toy.
