I have suffered from SI joint pain, low back pain, upper back pain, and neck pain for most of my life. I go to the chiropractor about twice a week and am always looking for new solutions. I had been hearing about inversion tables for a while and several people who had one said that Teeter was the best. Well, they know what they are talking about! This is a high-quality, durable, very well made piece of equipment. I've been using it about twice a day since I got it and it is life-changing for me. I absolutely love it. The customer service department is also excellent. They are friendly and provide great customer service. I can't rave enough about my Teeter Fit Spine.

Definite solution to back issues!
I'd been suffering from a back problem (herniated disc, L5) since 2000. I'd been seen by numerous surgeons and I was told my recovery chance was 60-65% and advised to do pain management etc. instead. My pain level was 2-3, moderate & manageable but it were there 24/7 plus a swollen feeling under my left foot, towards my heel. Even after using Teeter only several times (twice a day, 2-4 minutes), my pain level is now 1-2 and the feeling under my foot lessened. I am hoping in given time, I will get rid of them all! And for those who are dreading assembly, don't! I am one who's hopeless when it comes to putting the simplest together but it couldn't be easier. Thank you, Mr Teeter, you are a life saver!
