All these rear bike racks are designed to bolt to bottom holes in frame above the rear wheel bolts for rear connection and screw eyelets built into the frame below the seat for the front connections. The bottom connection always works cause all bikes I've ever seen have those. The front connection is where you will have issues if your bike doesn't have those two eyelets built into the frame (mine doesn't). You will have to figure a way to fasten the adjustable arms of the rack to your bike frame. On my bike, P clamps (clamps with rubber inserts) worked very well to go around the frame and fasten to the rack mounts. I've included a picture.
