Absolute bait and switch

My daughter wanted one for her birthday but I read the reviews and saw the issues. I figured I'd try buying 10 and cross my fingers. Nope, every single one is a regular compact and NONE are Hello Kitty. They literally have different UPC codes so it's not an innocent mistake.

I see I was not the only one this happened to, I ordered the Hello Kitty Starface and received the Yellow Star one instead, also no Email or notification of the change. Sucks this is happening to everyone why offer it if you cant fulfill the orders. Very disappointed!!

I'm so upset I ordered this expecting the hello kitty and they sent me the yellow face .. I should have read the reviews first smh. Then I ordered one that supposedly was 45 min away that I did a pick up for and when I got there I got another starface .. these people need to get it together!!
