I'm so upset I ordered this expecting the hello kitty and they sent me the yellow face .. I should have read the reviews first smh. Then I ordered one that supposedly was 45 min away that I did a pick up for and when I got there I got another starface .. these people need to get it together!!

Absolute bait and switch

My daughter wanted one for her birthday but I read the reviews and saw the issues. I figured I'd try buying 10 and cross my fingers. Nope, every single one is a regular compact and NONE are Hello Kitty. They literally have different UPC codes so it's not an innocent mistake.

Very disappointing

I ordered these Hello Kitty pimple patches and when I received them they were the yellow star pimple patches after I placed the order. I was reading customer reviews. They also received the wrong item. It is not good to list an article that they will not send the correct one.
