I read previous comments about needing to be short to use this but I'm 5'10" and haven't had any issues using it for a core workout. Not really a great flat bench to do exercise like chest flies but it's definitely great for core workouts in a small Manhattan apartment.

This unit is in our community gym; liked it enough to buy my own. REMEMBER: This is mainly for the lower back, which is why you want to hyper extend your back using a roman style chair; there is nothing much better for making your lower back healthier.
