This stuff works better for gas than any Gas-X or Phasyme. I can't explain it, it just gets right to the job and pops the gas bubbles. It was a total lifesaver post-op when I couldn't take activated charcoal for gas cause it absorbs other medications. (this works better anyway) My mom used to give us Acidophilus as kids when we had tummy aches. So happy to have found it at my local Walmart. Wish the price wasn't as high, but hey, it works.
