Disappointed

The item arrived loose in box- without extra propellers or instruction booklet. (I had purchased exact same item for my grandson from Target so knew what should be in the box). It was clearly a returned item-as it was not fastened securely in box). While it looked brand new, yet did not operate properly and was clearly defective. It was dangerous as it flew into people as we tried it out.
