Great read! Not just for single moms

This book was recommended to me and it was a great read. The author combines self-help tips, lifestyle advice and professional counseling tips to talk about subjects like getting further in your career, health and fitness, dating, fashion etc. If you're a single mom trying to balance it all with limited time and a limited budget then this book is very helpful. But I also thought a lot of it applied to all women, not just single moms. Adding this to my collection of lifestyle books.
