A good purchase
It's my first time on one of these things. But, with great online reviews, affordable prices, and this lovely hand-written note, how could I not be enamored with the company? The assembly instructions were the best ones I've EVER seen; everything was numbered in 6 easy steps with pictures to go with them. Even the connecting pieces were numbered for each step, and all the tools necessary to assemble it were included. I put it together in about an hour, stopping only to take pictures. They're was some minor cosmetic damage to the seat but that didn't affect the way it works.
