Much better quality than I expected for the price. Doesn't have a weight rating, but I expect it's very strong. Thick and buoyant. Rope goes through the ends of the handle so it can't spin in your hands. Handle has a short leash attached to a longer rope, so it can be swapped out later (or I might detach the handle and use the long section for tubing). The velcro strap for storage is a nice touch.
