This gas can complies with CA standards. Which means it has a vapor control mechanism. 1. Wish the spout was three inches longer. 2. The instructions seemed to imply to flip a tab up and squeeze the top of the green colored piece. Actually push the entire green piece forward . A little difficult while holding the five gallon container.
