Instructions
Apply once daily at bedtime to clean skin after emptying the bladder. Start with a rice-sized amount (about 1/10 of a dime) to the external vulvar area. If well tolerated, gradually increase up to a dime-sized amount. One 20g (0.7 oz) jar typically lasts 3–6 months. Can be used in combination with NeuEve suppositories. For those over age 70 or with sensitive skin, the NeuEve Sensitive Cream is recommended.

Absolutely amazing
It has helped me so much! Over twenty years post hysterectomy. Severe atrophy and itching. Has helped tremendously with lichen sclerosis This product has helped so much overall I use the balm in conjunction with the suppositories. It has made huge difference for me.

It's great - but patience!
Took about 5 months or so and my lichensclerosis does not flare up nearly as much. Not painful down there and intercourse is back to normal! Highly recommend
