I'm very pleased with this unit. I love that it's a white unit and bought it particularly because of that. Something many people don't think about is that if a unit gets stuck under a couch or chair (where it's usually dark), you can see the white unit easily. I used to have a black unit and I never knew where it was if if it happened to get stuck somewhere - - I couldn't see it at all in dark areas and would end up pulling all the furniture away from the wall, etc. just to find it. A nice feature is if you lose track of where the unit is, you can click on a button in the software to make it talk out loud so you can find it! It indicates out loud when it's charging or when it needs to go back to the charger or if it's stuck and things like that. It's not very loud or clear but it's still helpful. This unit picks up dirt amazingly well, has great section and a large dirt trap so it doesn't have to be emptied every two seconds. It recognizes the edge of steps and stairs well and has never fallen down down them. The mapping software is confusing. That said it's kind of neat that once you figure some of it out, you can control where you don't want the unit to go. The only other thing is that the battery charge doesn't last as long as I would like. Put on and all I like the unit, I'm pleased with its performance, and I do recommend it.
