I purchased the BSO1 chair. I would consider it the bottom of the massage chair food chain. In all fairness to the chair you get what you pay for. The chair offered very little padding for comfort and the airbags made the cheap hard plastic sound when they inflated and deflated. over all if you are looking for an entry level chair this one is budget friendly when you compare it to other chairs on the market. I elected to return the chair and level up. Personal choice for sure. Walmart's extended warranty is definitely great on price and period of coverage. highly recommend purchasing the Allstate extended warranty through walmart .

We don't ever write reviews but this is an item that relies a lot on others' genuine reviews. So here it is. We bought it having the expectations that it is a very basic chair. The chair arrived with holes and dents on the flimsy packaging carton, as similarly experienced by a few other reviews I had read. But the chair looks beautiful, new and fits in our space well. The zero gravity was great. However there were hardly any pressure in all the airbags, and the side of thighs airbags were totally non-functional though it was advertised to be. We didn't want a chair that only just has basic rollers functioning. So it was returned, and we are now looking for a mid range model that has kneading/tapping/shiatsu functions as well. Giving 5 stars to Walmart's return policy for taking care of the cost of return within 2 days and seamlessly making the FedEx arrangements. The refund credit took 10 days, but overall we feel reassured to order our next chair through Walmart.com again.
