Great value for a massage chair
I learned about this chair from a friend who was amazed at the value for the money. I checked it out and got one for our home. Ordering and delivery were super smooth. It comes in a large, heavy box so think through where you want it to be. Very nice workmanship and features. Everything is well explained and setup is easy. While I usually don't buy warranties, I did as it was quite inexpensive ($100 for 4 years). I'm still trying the many features but so far so good.

Nice chair for the money
Simple unboxing and assembly. Does its job as far as hitting certain points on the back. It does take some getting used to as the rollers are quite intense when first used. Using it daily solved that problem. The manual needed more attention to detail as far as settings are concerned. I had to figure out on my own how to get the rollers to move all the way up to my neck above the shoulders. Overall, it is a good chair, and the family loves it. Only my wife falls asleep in it every time she uses it.
