This item needs to be returned. It clearly has a defect with one of the prongs. Should have been catch by QC at the factory and then by the sales team. Have not yet completed the return. Would assume this would be a good product if it worked as projected.one one on the right is the GoPro showing how it should be level. The one on the left is misformed
