I purchased these balls for my wife. She has arthritis of the hands and as a avid gardener she needed to find some relief from the garden work - her physician recommended using ball therapy. She uses these balls just able very day and tells me that the therapy does provide significant relief from the arthritis. She really likes the different sizes as it provides a range of techniques she uses; especially the smallest ball - the one she uses to help her thumbs. She rates them the highest rating she gives (" I want to marry them"). :) Couldn't upload the photo I had of the balls but they looks like the advertised photos.
