Pros: * The age appropriateness as described in the advertisement is fairly accurate * The concept of this marble run is exactly what my 6+ year old child was seeking Cons: * As mentioned in the subject, the material in which this product is made is very thin and flimsy * The pieces do not fit together well. There is the constant need to finagle the pieces one onto the other * The instructions for making various designs are virtually impossible for an adult to decipher and therefore nearly useless for younger builders. To describe in more detail, the instructions are a single image of the different towers at completion with the parts labeled. There are no step-by-step instructions. By comparison of a map, it shows you the image of your destination without the details of how to get there. * The product's materials do not feel - and in actuality - are not very sturdy. There was the need to make the tower pieces fit together (with adult level force). There was the constant threat of breaking one of the pieces if too much pressure was applied. At the conclusion of assisting our child in building one of the towers per the aforementioned horrible instructions, the finished product unnaturally leaned and didn't look solid or durable contrary to the images in the advertisements. Highly recommend buying a different marble run product. We are greatly disappointed in what was advertised vs. what we got out of the box.
