Preferred type of proofing bin. Good size for home baker.

This is the type of bin that most commercial bakers use for bulk fermenting doughs and for cold retardation in bulk. Theirs is much larger to accommodate 20 Kg of dough or more, I think. It is great to have a bin of this type more suitable size for home baking dough sizes. It is also very nice that it fits easily in the Brød and Taylor Proofing Box. I have just used it once so far, but it works as it should.

Magical

I am not sure why it works better than the pyrex bowl I used before but it does. My dough rises faster and the feels more even when I finish the stretch and fold. Bought another on of these to gift (along with the starter jar) when I share my starter

Great container, needs to be larger

The quality of the container is unquestionable, it would be nice to have a container with twice the capacity!
