ProjeX - Image Projecting Arcade Game

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cool toy! It is straight forward concept but offers a lot of fun. Not only for my kids but also for me, who's grown-up playing Duck Hunt. It's very easy to set up and the instruction is well explained too. Additionally, it is pretty user-friendly. It requires dark room and fairly large white/light coloured wall. The darker the room the better. There are three slides, a bullseye target, alien spaceships and my personal favourite, flying ducks. The task is straight forward - simply blast the targets with gun when they appear on the wall. This is as complicated as it gets. But it is a lot of fun and the targeting the objects on the wall is quite accurate as well. I think that a few times ProjeX missed targets even though I aimed correctly but that's most likely because of my Ego not accepting me losing a game. The toy has different game modes and 3 levels of difficulty so it should get you long hours of fun.   This is a good toy that provides a lot of entertainment for the whole family. Not sure how it will compete against modern TV consoles, but for younger kids, that still aren't involved in using Playstations or Xboxes it is a definitely lots of fun. The graphics and the sound are both very good. It is also very portable (battery operated and doesn't require TV) so you can take it with you on holiday, to keep kids entertained during evenings, although you might need extra batteries, as it seems to consume them fairly quickly. Overall, it is a good toy that will give you quality family time.

I love that it's a game my daughter can play with us off the screen. Works well against any wall in the house. Looking forward to playing with family members who come over the Christmas period to play this with including grandparents as think they'll enjoy it just as much as we do! Great toy.
