Water damage

I do think the product is a good product and I have not opened the box yet to ask you to check the product but I am a collector so I buy for reflection and put on shelves and I just like look at those collection my box tell obviously I have a lot of water I didn’t wait for the water after my box is soaking water half is not the box is dry but it’s not freezing looks bad I tried to be a switch out with it online but you guys won’t offer a swap you only offer a return and I don’t have a lot in stock in this no guarantee that I can return it wait to get my money and re-purchase it so yeah I just think that before you guys shipped it out I should’ve got out at one that was actually brand new in the box are actually in good condition. In the box that was shipped in was not wet at all I did not have any water damage to it at all
