Sad disappointment

I have used this Popup hitch adapter before and had great luck with it. This hitch came from a supplier to Walmart, not the Popup company. The lower portion of the hitch is supposed to sleeve into the upper portion and be secured there. With this unit the lower portion, shipped separately, was slightly bigger than the upper part and would not fit into the upper part. The technician had to make major adjustment to make the lower part sleeve into the upper part. This is not what I expected from a Popup product.
