EXCELLENT DVD

I HAVE WORK WINSOR PILATES TAPE'S. GREAT PRODUCT! AFTER SO MANY YEAR'S AND 114 POUNDS FROM 145 POUNDS THE TAPE'S GOT WASTED. NOW ON LOOKING 4 WINSOR PILATE'S NEW DVD WORK OUT. SHE'S GREATTTTTTT. TRY IT U WILL NOT REGRET WINSOR PILATE'S. BY THE WAY I PURCHASE HER NEW ONE THAT CAME OUT IN MARCH IS GREAT, I'AM 50 NOW SO I HAVE TO KEEP UP W THESE WORKOUT'S BECAUSE OF MY KNEES. THIS DVD WILL GIVE U A FULL BODY WORKOUT. AND WITH OUT PAIN!!! ENJOY WINSOR PILATE'S JUDE FROM FL

Wonderful Product

I haven't actually worked out in a long time, so when I decided I would get back into it, I ordered this DVD. I absolutely love it. Very good price for it and it was better then I expected. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. I am not a skinny girl, so I was worried that this DVD would be too intense for me, especially since I'm not in shape. But it was just right.

Nice!

I think this product is a great value becausr it's cheaper than the gym or taking a class. The moves are simple but I have gotten results!
